Where are you based out of?
Vancouver, WA (suburb of Portland, OR if you're unfamiliar)
Do you offer local pickup?
We don't, sorry!
Do you offer wholesale?
Not at the moment, but this is something we'd like to do to expand our business in the future.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I make all mugs to order so generally it takes about 5 days to process before they are shipped out. Other items such as shirts and prints that are in stock usually ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking info when the item has shipped. During the holidays, our turnaround time does increase. Our current shipping turnaround will be noted on the top of our website.
*Shipping Address: PLEASE check your shipping address to make sure it's correct. If it's not, please contact us ASAP! If your package is returned due to an incorrectly submitted mailing address, we will be more than happy to resend it, however, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs for reshipment.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship some items to Canada - otherwise, no. We feel the risk of breakage is too high to ship mugs outside of the U.S. due to the long transit time. It feels unfair to make you pay shipping for an item that may arrive broken.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Unfortunately due to the small nature of our company, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, sorry! However, see next question if there is something wrong with your order.
This shop is run by one human being and some things may slip past me, so please let me know if there's an error with your order and I will correct it! You contact me (Lindi) directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and order number and I will be happy to help and replace any items if necessary. Generally, I will reship mugs if they arrive broken or refund the cost, if that's what you prefer. I do not refund shipping costs.
Are you taking custom orders? Will you put my design on a mug?
Currently we are not taking custom orders but we do open it up from time to time. I make most of my announcements through our Instagram page (@daisy_and_aster), but will be starting a newsletter soon as well. Sign up on our main page if you want to stay in the know.
What does the name Daisy & Aster mean/where did it come from?
It's our children's birth flowers.
