Here are some commonly asked questions. If you need more help, feel free to contact me via the contact form on this page! 


Where are you based out of?
Vancouver, WA (suburb of Portland, OR if you're unfamiliar)

Do you offer local pickup?
We don't, but you can't find our products at Enjoy Co. in Portland, Oregon. They are located at 3202 SE Hawthorne Blvd.  

Do you offer wholesale? 
For mugs, we do local wholesale orders only. For prints and pins, we can ship those more easily. Shoot me an email. Let's chat.  

How long will it take to receive my order?
I make all mugs to order so generally it takes 3-5 days to process before they are shipped out. Other items such as pins and prints that are pre-made usually ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking info when the item has shipped.


*Shipping Address: Please check your shipping address to make sure it's correct. If it's not, please contact us as soon as possible. If your package is returned due to an incorrectly submitted mailing address, we will be more than happy to resend it, however, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs for reshipment. 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to Canada. We are looking into how to best ship mugs across the ocean without them breaking. 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Unfortunately due to the small nature of our company, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, sorry!


What if something is wrong with my order/what if my mug breaks?
If there's a problem with your order, please contact me directly at daisyandaster@gmail.com and include your name and invoice number and I will be happy to help and replace any items if necessary. Generally I reship mugs if they arrive broken or refund the cost. I do not refund shipping costs.

Are you taking custom orders? Will you put my design on a mug?
Currently we are not taking custom orders but we do open it up from time to time. I make most of my announcements through our Instagram page (@daisy_and_aster), but will be starting a newsletter soon as well. Sign up on our main page if you want to stay in the know.

What does the name Daisy & Aster mean/where did it come from?
It's our children's birth flowers.  

Can I get a tattoo of one of your designs?
Sure, why not! Tag us in the photo if you post on social media, or better yet, have Justin do it for ya! ;)
